On the back there is also a QR code. Your buyers scan it with a phone and the same card opens, ready to write on. They don't need anyone's email address: they write their note, get a link, and text it, to one person or to the whole family group chat. No app, no account, nothing to sign up for.
And your name goes with it. When your buyer sends the card, a line underneath says it came courtesy of you, with your brokerage and your phone. The email that tells them a card is waiting says it too. They send it to twenty people, and twenty people see who gave it to them.
Most closing gifts end up in a drawer. This one goes out to fifty people in a week, in your client's own handwriting, or onto the fridge under a magnet, which is the longest any closing gift has ever stayed in a kitchen.

Order from Etsycoming soonLarger runs are quoted rather than listed, because the price depends on how many towns and how many agents. A card for each of ten agents in one town is a different job from five agents across three towns, and the quote should say so rather than the price guessing.
Tell me how many agents, which towns, and roughly how many cards each, and I'll come back with a number. Runs are printed in blocks of 25 per agent or per town.
Two things worth saying plainly. Buying a package does not reserve a town: anyone can send any card free from this site, and that includes other agents. What you get that nobody else gets is your name on the card, printed on the back and carried on every digital copy your buyers send from your code.
